I have been going to this launderette for 5 years now and their dry cleaning services is always superb. I recently took my leather jacket for a repair and the owner added some polishing and finishing too. The jacket looks brand new now. I highly recommend this launderette.

The gentleman that runs this business was so accommodating. I was desperate to get my family's clothes washed on New Years eve due to my washing machine breaking down. He kindly kept the shop open just so I could wash/dry my clothes. Very politely, helpful and kind. Very clean all around, and comfy. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Happy New year to you sir.

Went there at 11 supposedly when they open, shop closed, waited 20 min no one showed up, a lady passing by told me that they do that often and just open when they like, so I had to look for another Laundrette an dry cleaner. A shame because I live nearby but I had to take the car and go somewhere else just because they can't be bothered.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! How disappointing. I went on Monday to dry clean a black cotton skirt that I urgently needed for an event on Wednesday. The man working there told me it would be a simple job costing £10, I could collect Wednesday at 2pm and wrote the collection time on my ticket. I arrived Wednesday just past 2pm to find the shop closed until 3:30pm (I needed to leave by 4pm). He did not arrive until 3:45pm, completely unapologetic even with other customers also waiting outside. I quickly rushed home, only to unwrap the plastic covering to find a damaged skirt. The top crease of the skirt appeared to be burnt and a large chunk of the velvet effect was missing (see photos). There is also a small burn mark at the back although not noticeable on camera. And the skirt overall had a layer of white lint, making the skirt almost grey. It was a lovely new skirt from M&S and this was the first time I dry cleaned it. What a shame, waste of money and so unprofessional!
