What a lovely, friendly salon! I’m new to the area and was looking for a vegan product friendly and welcoming hairdressers. I definitely struck lucky here. Charlie did my colour and cut to a great standard. It’s always a leap of faith starting with a new salon but I shall definitely be back 😍

I visit Locks regularly for hair and beauty. I cannot recommend them enough. I recently had a massage with Char and it was wonderful. Relaxing and calming, she understood what my body needed and what areas to focus on. Professional, friendly and personable!

I went to Charlotte for a massage a couple of weeks ago after suffering with back pain for what felt like forever. I had exhausted all avenues with regular visits to my chiropractor and having tried acupuncture and holistic therapies that seemed to only ease my pain for a day or so. Charlotte reached out and asked if I’d be open to letting her try and help, her in depth knowledge and qualifications in different types of massage was fantastic and she explained what she was doing and why. She worked on me for an hour, successfully working out most of my deep knots and although uncomfortable at times she has done more for me in that hour than months of trial and error with all the other professions. I can’t thank her enough, since seeing her I have had absolutely no pain at all and will be going back regularly to maintain.
