Fanatic service at Lohen. Hadn’t booked in, just popped in to see if they could help with a fault on my tail light. Really friendly staff and welcoming. Whilst they checked over the problem, I was directed to the comfy waiting room with free drinks. They fixed my car within 10 minutes. Would recommend this service to any Mini user!

Excellent service and attention to detail. From the initial enquiry to the finished product, I can only praise the work carried out by the team at Lohen. Big shout out to Mark, super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly pleased with the differences in both aero and performance upgrades. The car feels completely refreshed and even more responsive than before. These guys know everything there is to know about minis. Well worth the 300 mile round trip from London to see these guys. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Visited Lohen today for a Stage 2 remap on my Gen 2 R57 JCW - very impressed with the level of service and the difference in my car's performance is totally amazing! Great bunch of guys and they are really helpful too. Their customer waiting area is also really nice and very comfortable - highly recommended for any Gen 1, 2 or 3 Mini owners! 😊

I had a TTV clutch kit and ST coilovers fitted to my roadster jcw last week, all I can say is Dave and Connor were great, patient and informative, (Dave chilli was an experience) Ed who did all the work is brilliant, he knows everything there is to know and kept me aware of what was happening all the way, I can’t compliment him enough the car is exactly as he said I can’t recommend Lohen and Ed enough👍👍👍

Its a funny one this , went for Spacers on the r53, whilst there the car lost its power ..you couldn't write the bad luck , Crank pulley failed.. So, stuck there , wondering why I love this thing so much , money pit etc, Connor was super helpful and a bit sorry for me I think , but anyway ,these guys really know thier stuff ,it HAD to be done , they fixed it there and then , I guess in a way I was lucky, 100 %Recommended Cheers Lee
