Booked online for my day off work. Received email and text confirmation and email reminder. Arrived on time. Greeted by “no sorry busy”. Turns out the online booking system doesn’t work!! Wasted morning. So frustrated.

Have had 2 massages now and both have been great. For the first one I needed work on my achilles and more recently on my neck and shoulders. Two different masseuses and they both knew what they were doing. Very Nice and clean room.

I booked for a 30 minute full body massage for 15:15, by 15:40 I was already in my car driving home. Abbie was my masseuse. She greeted me nicely and welcomed me in adjusting the temperature to fit my needs which was nice. The massage started great however, as soon as I rejected her additional services I.e. to extend the massage to 60 min, Swedish tissue, acupuncture ect… her tone and friendliness completely changed. She was spent a lot less time on each limb from this point onwards and seemed to be in a hurry to finish my massage. I asked to use the shower facilities after my exam in which she quite abruptly said it’s not working, when I could clearly see wet condemnation on the shower walls indicated it has quite recently been used. Seems like they only offer the shower for people who accept their full massage package. All in all I paid for a 30 min massage that lasted just over 20 mins and was only good for the first 12 mins or so before I rejected her additional services. As a first time to going to one of these places it was a disgrace. Highly recommend anyone to avoid this establishment.
