I am afraid I would have to give him one star or even less if it was possible. The mechanic was called to check the car which is not starting up. He came , connected wires to battery and ran same tess on iPad few times over and over again. Told me that something is wrong with electric of car although the results clearly said no errors detected. Checked the fuse with a tester and told me that the ECU is blown. I asked him to check other bits of car, which being mechanic he insisted that there is no point because he knows what’s wrong with the car. The battery clip was loose I asked him twice to tighten it, he still insisted there is no point you d have to take the battery out later on. He charged me £40 in literally under 10 minutes and made his way home. Next morning I toed the car to local garage , they jump started it at first attempt. The battery was low, that’s all. Everything working perfectly. So please think twice before you use this mechanic as they would come to you knowing you are desperate to get back on the road but literally there is not a fraction of integrity in this mechanic. Please do not trust this mechanic with your valuable car and avoid using their services.

Well what can I say, as a novice regarding the workings of a car it can be very daunting going to a mechanic and putting your faith into their skill and honesty. I know of people that have been ripped of my mechanics so when my car started pouring with smoke and making an awful noise I had to put my faith into a mechanic. I came across lous mobile mechanic online and gave him a call. He quickly came round and diagnosed the issue. He was friendly and fair but most importantly honest with costs ect. Long story cut short lous went out of his way to get my car back up and running, he kept my up to date with the repairs, telling me any costs up front before actually doing the repair. Lous went out of his way to ensure my neighbours didn't get upset by noise or smoke and showed true professioanlism. My car now thanks to lous is back up and running, and I can honestly say I have never met such a fair, hardworking, honest and reliable mechanic. His perseverance, knowledge and professionalism is up there with the highest of standards. The amount he charges for work and parts is so cheap, maybe a little too cheap. He honestly saved me and I will find it a pleasure to use him for all mechanical work on my car and my families cars In the future. As someone who requires their car as part of their job role, I can honestly say lous saved my career by getting my car back up and running. He is a true legend and amazingly skillful man. I would fully reccomend him to anyone. Thanks lous mobile mechanics. Connor
