Either call, email or write* to us. Excellent service - highly recommended. Very friendly phone call, appointment made quickly and at a convenient time. Arrived exactly when promised and fault diagnosed and fixed swiftly. Issues were explained clearly and the prices were both clear and reasonable. Went the extra mile to check everything was working before departure. Very happy customers.

Called during storm Eunice when chimney mounted aerial was flattened. At first opportunity Joss fitted a new aerial and mast - fast efficient and very reasonable cost a true professional - makes a hard job look easy.

We called Joss midday on the 10th of January and he was with us within the hour. He knew immediately what was causing our reception problems- worn out splitters and amplifier - and replaced them on the spot. Result - perfect reception! Joss really knows his stuff and is very nice with it so we’ll definitely call him again should the need ever arise.

Left a late night message on 22nd December not really holding out much hope for a pre Christmas visit. By 3 p.m. next day Joss had visited and sorted out the problem with my aerial. Really friendly service, 12 month guarantee on work done. Christmas TV sorted! Brilliant, would highly recommend this firm.
