Excellent service.The manager was very helpful. The price I bought the car was amazing and I am really happy with it, it has been 2 weeks since I bought it. Definitely recommend this trader. I will come back again, Hope this helps the other people. All cars are properly checked and you will never have issue with a car you bought from them.

AVOID! I brought a car from here, it broke down 3 times in 3 months and every time they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Basically fobbing me off until the warranty expired. Last night it broke down again and today I am paying £300 (I've already paid £200 to fix it while it was still under 'warranty') to get it fixed, because the warranty ran out 5 days ago. Either they are totally incompetent or they lied to my face multiple times (I think it's the latter). This is quite honestly the most ripped off I ever felt in my whole life. Total shysters, not even worth one star, steer clear! They have thirty five 5-star reviews and more than half of those reviewers have Brazilian/Portuguese names, seems a bit disproportionate for a company based in Norwich no?

I spent 50 Mins travelling to this LS Automotive. I was specifically going to look at a vehicle I saw on ebay. What I didn't like is none of the faults were shown on the photographs or written about. So in the end it wasn't for me, totally wasted my time & diesel to get there. Honesty is always the best policy. They always say we will fix that, but if you can fix it, fix it before displaying the vehicle, not leave it hoping a buyer won't notice it!! I wasn't overly impressed I am afraid.

Never ever trust this dealer. I bought a Toyota verso 2010 model couple of months ago and had 3 months of warranty. The attitude of the staffs towards the customer was not at all acceptable. He was not approachable at all. After couple of months all of a sudden there was a weird noise coming out from the engine part. I took the car to a local garage and when they have diagnosed they found all the 4 fuel injectors are gone(NOTE-Driven only 100000 miles,Make-Toyota). Therefore i contacted this dealer and said what has happened. The car was still under warranty and when they inspected it they said there is no problems with the injectors and the problem is with the nuts and bolts(according to him), I trusted him because i had no other option. After couple of months, i again had the same issue by that time my warranty was finished. Now i had to spend 1500-2000 pounds to replace all the 4 fuel injectors. I don’t want anyone to be in such a situation and that’s the reason for my review. Please be careful if you are planning to buy a car from him. Not professional at all.
