Been fortunate to be supplied for some time from Lucas Fuel, what a fantastic service, bit of an emergency overnight as my 86 year old mothers oil ran out, (my fault, should have checked) left a message late into the evening, had a return call before 08:00 and the tank was full again by 11:00, as it had run dry the driver was also prepared to bleed the system and get the boiler running again, this was over and above in many ways but most helpful. Further discussions throughout the day have set up a regular top up service to ensure this does not happen again. This is service we just don't seem to get these days from many bigger companies. Keep up the great work and thanks for all your help. P.S. sorry, I couldn't give 6 stars!!! P.P.S. if anyone thinks about questioning 'was the driver approved to touch the boiler' you can wind your neck in!! he knew exactly what he was doing and it would have cost a minimum of £100 to call out a heating engineer to do such a simple job. We cannot thank you enough for helping us out.

Fantastic service from a great family company. Refreshing change from dealing with Certas who let me down when my oil was running out. When you phone you get a real life human being answering rather than pressing buttons and holding for ages. Rang me to say when delivery would be and turned up when scheduled.
