Lucy and Alan were fantastic. They really understood our property and how to showcase it to prospective buyers, we were impressed with the quality of the photography and the descriptions online. They were really helpful with valuations and organising viewings to suit our schedules and when showing people around, made sure to double check on details instead of making answers up. Whilst our chain was hampered by things outside of our control, Lucy and Alan kept us updated and importantly kept talking to the chain and our solicitors to keep things moving, we felt they were in our corner and fighting to keep the chain alive. We would happily recommend Lucy Alan Estate Agents to anyone in and around Northampton.

We bought our house in Abington last month with Lucy Alan as the estate agents. They were always easy to get hold of and responded quickly to any queries we had. They worked hard to resolve any issues with the vendor and kept us informed throughout when the information was available. Lucy and Alan gave a very friendly and professional service from the first viewing, through negotiating with the seller, then through the many legal issues that emerged until finally Lucy was able to give me the keys personally and welcome me to the property with a bottle of bubbly. They were both quick to respond to questions and pro-active in monitoring the status of the legal queries. Highly recommended.
