We started as a small beauty studio in Bournemouth, Dorset. Our main idea was to create the best beauty studio in the local area. Can there be compromises in the best studio? Our answer is always no, we care about the best quality, we hire the best specialists and provide the best customer service. This approach allowed us to grow and create awesome team that is passionate about everything we do.

I’ve had a variety of treatments here, waxes, massages, mani/pedicures and a lash lift & tint. Each time the experience has been great. I’ve felt pampered and safe and have always had brilliant results as well as a good chat. I’d struggled to find a local salon I trusted since moving to Christchurch so was so happy when Lucy’s opened.

Wonderful treatment for fuller lips carried out by Lucy. I can honestly say hers is the best technique I've experienced. Gentle and fast. The results are absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend her highly enough. The salon is lovely and light and the staff are very friendly, helpful, professional and extremely welcoming, I will definitely be returning. Thank you to all.🌼
