As a home care provider based in Hertfordshire, we have been nominated as a 'Outstanding Leadership Award' and we couldn't be prouder of our amazing team. 

As an organisation our team has continued to show dedication throughout the pandemic which has enabled us as an organisation to continue to operate in a safe and an effective way. 

We have continued to review our regular working practices have had to be responsive to change based on the varying guidance, legislation and regulatory changes within the sector. 

Our primary focus has been to continue to maintain our level of quality service and to maintain and promote the safety of those supported within our service and this has been maintained because of our amazing team of dedicated staff that have continued to go above and beyond their responsibilities within the service.
