New Management taken over in the last month and what am improvement already. I was welcomed with friendly faces and the service was great. I will definitely be using this post office more regularly.

NEW TEAM TOOK OVER AND ARE EXCELLENT This post office has a new team and they are friendly approachable and helpful. They’re obviously still settling in and the service is sometimes a little slow but as they learn it will improve. A breath of fresh air. Such a contrast to the previous people who were appalling.

I visit this post office a couple of times a week to pay in money for a business, purely because it is in a convenient location for me. I have heard the woman in there on numerous occasions being very rude in the manner she speaks to customers. I know various people who do not use Lutterworth post office because of her attitude. After my experience today I will not be going in there again, she was very rude and unhelpful. Surely if your attitude to customers is so bad you should not be working in a customer service industry.

Absolutely disgusting service at this post office. Not once have I had good customer service from the woman that works there. If you don’t like your job change jobs she makes everything sound like as she quoted herself ‘a big job’ when asking to do anything to do with posting a package. She constantly rushes you and huffs while you gather your things together. I was also told I couldn’t do something by her then she was corrected by the man that works there. In fact actually I could and she basically just couldn’t be bothered to do it. She also muttered words calling me ‘stupid’ when I left the post office because I’d had a mix up with my parcels apparently none of us make mistakes according to this woman!
