Jez2 StarExcellent, when they decide to be open. Absolutely useless during lockdown when many local people were relying on them for essentials. For the size of m&s they could have earned a meagre profit and made local peoples lives so much easier. You used to have 5 stars.Wednesday 17th March 2021
Gillian Glanville3 StarThe food is always good, its m+s. But the staff, there were two members of staff and they didnt ask if we needed help and they looked at us like customers were just in their way.
I get that its covid and we have to be careful but that doesnt mean customer service goes out the window.
A hello or can I help you find what you are looking for would have been nice.

Mark2 StarStrange place for a service station. Poor choice of drinks unless you like smoothies, yet lots of alcohol (is this really a good idea for a service station?). No essentials such as ibuprofen or anything you might actually need for a car journey. A random mis-match of food (mainly sweets) at ridiculous prices, and a strange card only self checkout system with no manned tills at all. Staff were friendly but this entire shop seemed so pointless.Friday 28th July 2017
