Went to a festival in baldock, could not get a taxi and it was a long wait, the gentlemen that picked us up went out of his way to find us. We were a bit lost and unsure of our surroundings and he reassured us he would find us although it was out of his usual working hours and was supposed to be on his way home . My phone ran out of battery and he still went out of his way to make sure we made it home. If it wasn't for him we would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere

Price was ok and driver friendly but the taxi was 25 minutes late with very little apology. Not sure I'd use again, disappointed after all the good reviews.
