Brought a car from here in April and within a week the engine management system light was on. The dealer took it back a total of 4 times over 3mths to try and fix it and failed so we return the car and requested a refund which they agreed to. From then on the communication was horrendous and we had to chase the dealer for a refund, they did not communicate, blamed banking issues, switched off their phone, never answered our repeated calls, never called back when they said they would and then to top it off advertised said car on Auto trader before they had paid the refund and legally owned the car!! It took a visit from us to the dealership and he suddenly appeared and the money was refunded. Lack of trust, communication and reliability do not be fooled by other reviews buy at your own risk from this dealer.

Great and easy buying experience. Queries were answered quickly with photos sent out, brilliant customer service. Picked up the car and was very friendly and knowledgeable which reassured me I purchased from the right company. Definitely would recommend!

My friend was looking for a garage to repair the car and to subsequently sell it. Having had lots of unpleasant experiences with another garage chain, we came across Maes Autos. James was very professional throughout the process and the contact with him was very easy and reliable. I recommend this place if you're looking to repair your car!

Very happy with Maes Autos . I booked my car through click mechanic for a oil change and mot it did fail on rear springs which they replaced them the following morning and passed the mot and my car was returned just after a couple of hours . Very professional and very honest and kept me informed on every step of the way . Highly recommend will use them again

Purchased a 2012 Polo from Maes. After a month of use had a weird mechanical problem which required two trips back to investigate and rectify which they did without hesitation. They couldn’t have been any better to be honest. Really great service , I’d give them a 6 if it was possible . Would recommend.
