Manor Farm

Our site is on a quiet, family-run farm located within an area of outstanding natural beauty, one mile from Seaton beach and the town centre. With spectacular views of the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay. We are in an ideal location for visiting the countryside, beautiful villages and seaside towns of East Devon, and the Jurassic coastline. We are only a mile from Beer, where there is a steady supply of fresh seafood and breakfast on the beach in the summer; 7 miles from Lyme Regis, with lovely sandy beaches, great places to eat and loads of events throughout the season; Sidmouth has some lovely shops to browse in and the Donkey Sanctuary nearby; or you can find your way down the winding country lanes to Branscombe, only about 3 miles from us, and relax at the Sea Shanty which has locally supplied food and a beautiful beach - a perfect place to spend warm, sunny days! On site we have 13 terraced electric pitches for caravans and motor homes, all hard standing with grass for awning areas. There are over 200 seasonal pitches, all with electric, large deckings and water nearby. We have two toilet blocks, with showers, chemical disposal points and laundry rooms. There is also a disabled toilet located at the block nearest the touring pitches. The on-site shop stocks a large range of daily groceries, everything for a BBQ, lots of caravan & camping accessories, newspapers and our own free range eggs from the farm. In the summer months we also have a steady supply of our own farm pork. The enclosed children’s playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts climbing frames and a large fort and pirate boat. There is also a large field for dog exercising and some lovely scenic walks around the site with panoramic views across the valley. Our farm has a small flock of sheep with lambs to bottle-feed, goats to walk, pigs to feed, geese, ducks,  free-range hens , donkeys & ponies to groom. There`s also any aivery, chipmonks and a raccoon to make friends with! Children and their parents are very welcome to come into our Pets Corner and experience life on a working farm. There are a lot of touring caravans on fixed plots. And few plots for actual tourers. The site is on a steep hill and although the plots are terraced you are advised to bring some blocks. The amenities are basic but everything worked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The views are gorgeous. Seaton is 6min. cycle ride steepish hill. Overall enjoyable.

What a lovely site, relaxed and peaceful. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location with a stunning view over the valley, right down to the sea. Convenient bus stop a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic place. Brilliant owners and staff, excellent facilities including an extensive play area for children and a lovely animal area, regular delicious food and coffee vans, amazing produce in the shop, oh and the view... SENSATIONAL.

I love coming here! It's so peaceful and well looked after. The team here didn't hesitate to help me out the a vehicle and some jump lead when I left my lights on my car. Rabbit roam amongst the caravans in the evening and the are cute to watch but not and cute as the pigme goats! My kids love the pirate ship playground here too
