We undertake large scale commercial projects to small private jobs for a wide range of industries and offer a complete service from design through to completion. If you can draw or describe it we can manufacture it. We have a Computer Aided Design section where we are able to offer 3D Detailing and Modelling. We are happy to provide quotations for specialised single products or batch orders. Conveniently located in North Walsham we are central to the Norfolk Broads and east coast ports & harbours. During that time Philip and his team have worked with us to deliver many bespoke jobs for our Lifeboat operation. Marine Weld Fabrication came on board later on in the project and supplied & fitted a high quality, bespoke steel balustrade for our cantilever balcony with efficiency and attention to detail. We supply both standard fittings, to custom made products tailored to the individual’s requirements including: • Waste, fuel & water tanks – manufactured & tested to ISO10088:1992 requirements. • Deck fittings: including anchor rollers, stanchion bases, bathing platforms, push pits, pulpits, bimini frames, handrails, boarding ladders. • Props grinded and repaired. We can supply simple Juliet balconies through to large terraced areas complete with glass or conventional steel balustrades to suit your needs. Stair casing and handrails, access stairs and fire escapes, fencing or gates (powder coat finished, galvanised or both) can be designed for you or from drawings supplied. Our trailer department undertakes all servicing and modifications, designing trailers including roller coasters, trolleys, flatbeds, canoe, tow box’s to suit which conform to current legal standards and requirements. Trailers customised to your specific requirements and can include ramps, truck boxes, winches, straps, jockey wheels, spare wheels & security locks.

Marine Weld fabricated a large framework and arranged for a tilt to be manufactured to fit the frame, it was a little outside their normal remit. 10 years and many miles later they are both working perfectly, a testament to the design, build and excellent workmanship.
