Went into my local Marks & Spencer’s yesterday to try the Count on Us range and I have to say I brought 10 of the ready meals , I’ve tried 2 so far and they are absolutely delicious so much better than other low-fat meals. It’s definitely worth paying a bit more because the quality is amazing. Thank you Marks & Spencer’s

I avoid busy times so never had a problem in the cafe and I think it’s good value and decent quality. Staff have always been friendly. Great store, good food hall and with Tesco next door can get the cheaper everyday products at the same time. That said M&S very competitive these days with their meal deals given the superior quality of the food.

I am disappointed to share my experience with the shoes I purchased, as the soles deteriorated significantly within just 8 months, resulting in a hole. When I approached the store, I was met with the response that a £100 shoe should only last 6 months and that the issue was due to excessive wear on my part. However, I have worn other shoes for a similar frequency of 15 times a month to work, and they lasted me two years without any problems. Moreover, I found the store manager's lack of interest in resolving the situation quite disheartening. No compensation voucher or efforts to retain me as a valued customer were offered or demonstrated. Overall, I am saddened by this experience, as I had high hopes for the quality and durability of the shoes. It is my hope that the store takes customer satisfaction seriously and addresses these issues more effectively in the future.

This is for the cafe at Brooklands store. Every time I came here the queue always moved very slowly with short staff however I liked the cafe especially after browsing the store and doing some shopping. I saw sitting at the cafe as a relaxing treat and wanted to bare the slowness. Today was a different experience. No exaggeration, I waited for half an hour before it was my turn at the till. The manager was at the till and I first simply asked him if he could guess for how long I must have waited in the queue and he said 10 minutes! I said I waited for half an hour and it is just not acceptable and all they had to do was to use the idle till on the right hand side as you come into queue for customers who wanted to order drinks only. They could have a put a sign up to read drinks only so people like me who only wanted a drink wouldn't have had to wait for such a long time! I said I would write a review about this. He then said oh no,no need for a Google review as he took the complaints on board now. He also said that he had 3 people started today. I really don't think this could be the reason as the cafe was always very slow at all other times. Today it has just hit the worst waiting time on record for me! I do hope you improve. With the new increased prices, this very slow service without an apology is just not acceptable!

Cafe, E xpensive, mediocre coffee, often slow queue, often uncleared tables, cutlery not always clean. Badly managed, staff try but obviously disorganised and no smiles.
