Mat1 StarI called into Exeter Audi on a Monday at 0930 to book my Audi in for a service. The receptionist told me that there would be more than an hour wait if I wanted to wait to book my car in. My reply was could could some one call me, I left my phone number and details and left. The following day I had not received a call, which I thought was strange, so I called and was told, the service department is very busy and I have to wait until someone calls me back. I did express that’s not great customer service. So wait I did, until late afternoon the next day. I called again and spoke to another receptionist and she also tried to educate me that I should wait and they are very busy. Today is Friday and still no call. Shocking stay clear. Booked with another Audi dealership, which I might add was very simple, one phone call and all booked in.
Just an up date: I was messaged from there complaints department within one hour of this review going live. They asked for me details, which I provided. No one has contacted from that department since.
I did receive a call from there service department 8 days later, which they thought was ok.Tuesday 6th June 2023
