Consistently useless. Literally every time I have used Oxford Audi (which unfortunately has been many), the service has been utterly useless from start to finish. -Inexperienced service staff that know absolutely nothing about the cars that they are dealing with. -Lost keys & long waits for apparently no reason whatsoever. -Emails not replied to. -Trying to sell work which doesn't need doing (although this isn't unique to Audi!). AVOID!

In all honesty my second bad experience with Marshall’s audi Oxford. During the last service I had to wait a whole entire day at the dealership with no offer of a drink or an explanation as to why the vehicle hadn’t gone in on its allocated time. I had to repeatedly ask “why has the vehicle not gone in”? And then no apology for the wasted entire day waiting. A year has gone by and my vehicle was due another minor service for which I had paid for on the service plan previously. I reluctantly went back to Marshalls hoping for a better service. I arrived at 0800 for a 08:15 appt for my vehicle. I was told someone would call me over to sort the vehicle out. After 30 mins I had to ask who was sorting my vehicle out while the agents were all sat at there desks. Then there was a confusion as to what I had booked the car in for. Eventually we sorted that and I was taken to the curtesy car, which was dirty inside with sticky marks and crumbs on the seats. The exterior was also dirty and not what you would expect from Audi. I then went to work and waited for the video which arrived a few hours later. I tired to call to discuss as there was a discrepancy in the list and after 3 attempts I got though. I then received a call (voice message) informing me of a reduced cost for an additional service and to call to confirm the go ahead. I returned the call and asked reception to pass the message on as the agent was busy. Collection time came and upon my arrival I was presented with the bill and it was minus the additional service. The message had not been passed forward and I then had to wait for an additional hour while the vehicle work was carried out. It’s such a shame as Audi’s have been in our family for 3 generations and I was always an advocate for them as a brand and their quality. In the future I am seriously thinking of jumping ship and I doubt I will return to Marshalls now. Hopefully this feedback can help polish their service and make things a bit more efficient as both a dealer and a brand.

Huma was excellent at helping me choose/ buy a car. She was helpful without being pushy as a sales person. She is a credit to Audi and I would absolutely recommend family and friends contact her for their next car. She was also very accommodating when we bought our little dog Ralph along for the test drive! Thanks Huma

Had my RS3 Saloon serviced here, Oil and Filter change. All staff that attended to me were all very Professional. Car had a free wash and Hoover and complimentary hot drinks, all very good.
