melanie pinamonti-hyde4 StarThis was my first visit and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and Ben, who did my hair, was chatty and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. And he delivered. I love my new style. The only downside for me is that it's upstairs and I have mobility problems but I did manage the stairs slowly.
