The part exchange and purchase went relatively smooth apart from my insistence to have two words included in my invoice, but it did get resolved by Alex. Zoe skinner5 StarMy last four cars have been with Marshall Skoda Letchworth over the last 12 years, the lovely Stuart with my first car was fantastic and helpful and having just used Skoda Letchworth again and having Neil Leicester take care of us I cannot recommend them enough but specifically Neil. He was friendly, helpful, open, honest, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain anything I needed clearly, he was dilligent, motivated and hard working. He listened completely to what we wanted and needed and did detailed research on what was possible within our budget. I felt completely safe in his hands and he is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with, he is worth his weight in gold and he made the service seamless and top notch.
