Jonathan Griffiths5 StarIt's difficult to express just how good Shannon and James are at Martin & Co, but when the competitor estate agent you're buying through, and the solicitor you've instructed to manage your transactions, tell you your selling agents are phenomenal you know you've made the right choice. Time and again Martin & Co went above and beyond for us, and we always felt like their top priority despite them having many other clients to look after. From the marketing of our property, to literally preventing the chain from collapsing at the end of the process, they demonstrated why they are different from other agents in the area; they are trustworthy, communicate brilliantly and the consummate professionals in every interaction you have with them. The process to list and let the property was extremely smooth and I had tenants in situ within 2 weeks. The level of service from Martin&Co has been very high with every member of staff impressing me with their work ethic and common sense approach to getting the job done. Any problems I have encountered have been dealt with quickly and without fuss or high expense. When I decided to sell the property with a sitting tenant Martin&Co very quickly found a buyer and went above and beyond the level of service expected in dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor.
