Completely misdiagnosed the problem with our cooker. We were on the brink or scrapping it due to his diagnosis and it’s an expensive cooker.luckily we decided to get another guy to come and have a look and he fixed it within 10 mins for a part that cost £5. The engineer that came out couldn’t believe how completely wrong he got it. Seemed like a nice guy but I’m not paying for a mate I am paying to have my oven fixed. Very disappointed, the only plus was that our gut feeling was he didn’t have the diagnosis right and got a second opinion

We have used Martin before and found him very good. On this occasion I called Martin with an issue on our Oven, I had replaced the main oven element after the oven went down a few days ago and having done this once before I was confident of doing it again, however when I put everything back the oven still didn’t work, I checked everything and still nothing so as I said I called Martin and was arranging for him to come out to look at it, while I explained what had happened he suggested we look at the clock and see if it was showing Auto in the display, he said if it is then turn auto off and the oven should work and if by magic it did…..! How professional and genuine is Martin to have told us this and save us the cost of a call out, if this doesn’t prove how, thoughtful and genuine Martin is I don’t know what would. Thanks Martin your a 5 Star Man!

Professional, prompt and exceptional value for money. A good old fashioned, genuine serviceman with years of experience. Highly recommend, 2nd time we have used this service/repair man and we certainly won't be using anyone else! Please don't retire its so hard to find good tradesmen these days!

Martin came out to fix my washing machine. Reasonably priced and fixed it on the day I called him. He even gave me some advice on how to clean it and make it last longer. Would def recommend him!
