Pinks5 StarAfter our 3 year old alarm system repeatedly failed that was installed as a very expensive option in comparison, by a large national house builder, for which they were not interested in assisting whatsoever, we bit the bullet and decided to replace rather than throw any more money at it. I had used Master Alarms many years ago and couldn’t fault them then, and certainly wasn’t disappointed this time either. From the initial call to the installation day, everything went very smoothly and efficient. From the initial call with our enquiry right through to the installation team, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Master Alarms are thankfully still a family run business with many years of experience. The disruption was minimal and the installation team couldn’t have been more professional if they tried.
