Maths and Science tutoring

I am an Electrical Design Engineer and working in a multinational Engineering company. I graduated from University of Bradford with a Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with distinction. Honoured by Gold medal in undergraduate and achieved a highly competitive fully funded scholarship for MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I have taught mathematics and science for nearly 7 years at all levels. I'm friendly and easy to get along with.

Tutoring Experience I teach Key stage, GCSE, IGCSE, A level, University students & adult learners. As an Electrical Engineer with good teaching experience I can help in Engineering subjects, programming languages, Arduino board,electrical circuit analysis, university projects, Advanced maths, Calculus, Algebra, functions, integrations, differentials, Matrixs.

Have tutored individuals and small groups from Key Stage 3 to Undergraduate level. I love teaching and have always got involved with teaching/training in the various jobs I have had. I have been tutoring through first tutors for over five years, teaching over 100 students to date.

Tutoring Approach What most students need is something different from school, something more engaging and more direct. I get to know my students and develop a rapport that not only helps us enjoy our sessions, but also lowers the barriers to learning. It's good to laugh during a lesson. I follow the syllabus closely to ensure every topic is covered fully. I understand how confusing some teaching styles can be my methods are always clear and direct. I adapt my tutoring style to suit the needs of the student. I take students through each topic at their own pace allowing them ask me as many questions as they need to help them understand key concepts. 

I give home work to the students at the end of the lesson so that they can practice the covered topics at home. 

I am happy to offer short-term, high-intensity tutoring for last minute exam revision if required. I have taken a number of students through 2-3 weeks of daily two hour tutorials before exams.
