Kodi Henstock2 StarCame here again for something quick, no hot drinks (which isn't really anyone's fault but still annoying) only wanted a hot drink and a cheese burger, had to get a different drink, orderd the cheese burger and had to wait and park for almost 10 minutes, for 1 single cheese burger, when it arrived it wasn't even warm. Don't usually come to this one due to so many issues from before, would recommend traveling more to Ilkeston or even Ripley!Monday 4th September 2023

When you collect your food from the last window, your order is 9 out of 10 times wrong. Or they park you up because your food isn't ready. I've waited 30 minutes before. Carl Paternoster1 StarOrder through the McDonald's app as simple as two Big Mac meals and a double cheeseburger and no Big Macs trying to phone install no answer tried phone in uber and they didn't want to help at all neither so on really needs to start checking orders at McDonald's Ilkeston as this is the third time in four weeks we have had either things missing or items wrong on our orderThursday 7th September 2023
