Dave Stevens2 StarRubbish. Ordered for delivery as baby in the house, we're only about a 3 minute drive away and chips were cold, had no salt on and looked like they were made 2 hours ago. To top it off I only got half a box. We also received no sauces for our 20 box of nuggets and no straw for my iced drink.Saturday 19th August 2023
Kodi Henstock2 StarCame here for food on multiple occasions as its the nearest McDonald's. Doesn't matter if you eat in or driv thru food is always stone cold, staff are rude when complaining about food. Don't usually mind a wait if its busy, but to have to wait 45 minutes for 2 nugget meals is ridiculous, especially when it's just frozen food and nothing fresh.
Orderd online the other week and food again was cold and ordered a large meal and my fries was pathetic, only about 4 in the box! Would rather travel to Ilkeston, atleast its warm there!Monday 4th September 2023
dan bailey3 StarQuality control is not good. I had to send burger back twice. Manager was great at her job. admitted mistake and rectified issues. Not sure if this would have been the case if it was drive through or taken awayThursday 31st August 2023
Susan Spalding-Knott1 StarJust been through the drive through for 2 x happy meals and 2 x burger meals. Had to wait in bay 2 for a good 10 minutes. Drive home took 3 minutes and found all the food to be cold. Will not be using Langley Mill drive through again £17 of food in the binThursday 20th April 2023
