We were formed in 1968 by Keith and Sara McKenzie to fill a large gap in the market for commercial spare parts. We are still a family business, run on a daily basis by Mrs McKenzie with her sons - Stuart and Alastair - serving customers all over Cumbria, North Lancashire, Northumberland and South West Scotland on a daily basis from our fleet of vans.

Very poor experience. Ordered two items online from their website, only one arrived I then had to call to see where the other item was. I did get through to speak to someone very quickly although the standard of customer service was poor, didn't even bother to ask if I had a reference number for the order. They were very confused on how to handle the issue from the start. The second item I ordered was listed & priced wrong on their website, to cut a long story short. They did not admit to this because obviously they would of been liable to produce the product. Three days on still awaiting my refund?? What is going on? I would strongly recommend staying clear/be very careful when ordering from this company. Might be an isolated incident but a very poor experience on my behalf. I will post again when I actually receive a refund.
