Stuart Burgess1 StarAbsolutely appalling service! The manager/director David Plim was extremely rude when it came towards the end of our contract and when we stated we weren't renewing (we have a new contract which is 1/4 of the price for even better machines and copy charges). Ridiculously high price for poor service which takes 3 days for an engineer to come and visit.
