Antony Jackson5 StarAfter an unfortunate start to the day, getting a puncture on my way to loomies, Steven answered my call and came to assist me, he is a really kind and caring person, he couldn’t fix my puncture even though he tried to very hard to, because the hole was too big, but what he did do was drive me home and didn’t leave me stranded which I thought was incredibly generous of him, not too many genuine people like that. I was very happy with the service I received, he found and sorted the leak with minimal cost and completed the service in accordance with the Ducati service schedule.
