Sany1 StarVery disappointed by the gentleman who I spoke to earlier today. When I asked for an estimated cost of doing a diagnostic (not the final bill/repair that might be needed ) - he hung up on me saying they are inundated with work and will not be be giving estimates and taking part in an ‘auction for work!’
I don’t think it is an unreasonable question and actually called back thinking he misunderstood my question. He repeated the same thing and hung up again!! DISAPPOINTEDTuesday 22nd February 2022

Anáis Stone1 StarHad my car booked in for an mot and new disc and brake pads for which I think it was the owner I spoke to . He couldn’t tell me an approx price it would be . Nevertheless turned up Monday morning , nowhere to park so I parked just outside the garage to ask where I can park to which I was told so so rudely to move it and if someone was to bash into me he wouldn’t be paying for it. Customer service was awful the way he spoke to me was disgusting , I walked out without even having my mot done he’s not getting a penny from me and I will defo not be recommending him to the wider community !!!!!!Monday 21st February 2022
