*Update* After leaving this review, Andy contacted me to try to resolve the situation. I was sent the tape i was originally promised in the initial conversation and was happy with it. Just a shame it took all the stress to sort it out. I have updated from my original 1 star to 3 stars as I am happy the resolution at this point. I will give another chance with ordering again and hopefully will be straightforward. Order placed, 2 weeks later nothing has turned up. After an email I then got a despatch confirmation, 3 weeks after my order a diff product turned up with a note saying no stock, hope you don’t mind the replacement product. I had no contact to check about this. The product was inferior. I emailed to complain and got no response, second email I got a call and was happy with being told I would be sent some of the actual tape I ordered and some other to try. Over 3 months later I have received nothing. Have sent 3 emails and every single one has been ignored. Disgusting customer service-AVOID.

Andy was prepared to offer no compensation to an order they had completely messed up on and had taken days to rectify until I called them. If you are looking for decent customer service I would use another supplier. Please Note: 'OUT OF STOCK' items WILL NOT appear as out of stock, you could make the mistake of spending hundreds of pounds with next day delivery when they do not actually have any of the items available, like I did.
