This was my first ever experience of acquiring a car. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Karl. He assessed my needs and requirements then gently guided me to some suitable options. Through it all he made me feel that my best interest were at the core of his actions and guidance. To sum it up I believe I received legendary customer service. Karl explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

I took delivery of my second new car from Mercedes-Benz of Stourbridge today. From agreeing terms to delivery of the new car took just 8 days. On the day of the handover, from arriving at reception, to signing the paperwork and the demonstration of new controls was handled efficiently and with total professionalism. I left with the clear impression that I was a valued client. Consequently I have no hesitation in recommending a visit to anyone looking to buy a quality motor car.

Customer service is second to none. They go out of their way to help. I had my car booked in for a service. I only had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes longer than expected, but they provide you with tea and coffee or soft drinks. They printed off my previous service history for me, and when I left the dealership I noticed a rattling coming from one of the wheels. I took it straight back, they took the car back in to the workshop, and before I had even taken a sip of my drink, it had been sorted out. Nothing is too much trouble. I can highly recommend them. 👍👍. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
