Staff are caring and treat residents with kindness and dignity from owner, management, carers, kitchen staff and cleaners. They are all friendly, patient and gentle. I strongly recommend Merryfields.

I really don’t recommend this home. I worked there for two month and it was a different story. I thought it was lovely at first Until I got to know the staff. I saw some things that made me uncomfortable. I got bullied and I told the Manager everything about what was going on but she ignored it and never gave me my shifts after then. They have a Facebook page where they post pictures but don’t Fold because it’s all lovely on the outside until you start working there. I can’t actually put to much on here but please don’t ignore this. Also, the reviews on here have been made by there own staff.

The staff at Merryfields gave expectional care to my Sister, all staff were caring and showed great compassion. I spent most days there visitng my Sister I was always provided with a meal free of charge and was treated as part of the 'family' nothing was ever too much. I cannot thank the staff enough and highly recommended Merryfields to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one.

I highly recommend merryfields to anyone looking for a Care Home. I feel confident knowing that my Aunt is being so well cared for. The staff are caring and treat everyone with kindness and dignity.
