Ashley completed the assessment and quote at our home, taking time to understand our family dynamics and what we required, making valuable and knowledgeable suggestions. Andy and Ollie fitted our alarm system, again they couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. They took time to make sure we understood how everything worked, nothing was too much trouble, they were able to answer all our queries and questions and were so respectful of our home. We’re absolutely delighted with the home alarm system, it is so easy to use, offering great protection. Gabrielle Riley5 StarWe had a break in and wanted an alarm system installing quickly - wanting to use a local company I contacted MES - really like their online quote facility as it gave us chance to see what sort of cost would be involved without being pushed into making a purchase. I rang the next day and Ashley visited us straight away and within two days a system was installed in four separate buildings.
Andrew and Ollie were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were patient with explaining how the system worked - a real credit to a very good company
