Bought a gate and fence panel online. Waited well over a month for them (Estimated delivery 7-15 days), then the day they were finally going to be delivered, after calling them, they said that there was no wood to make one of the two items. No-one had been in contact to let us know. Both items still on sale on the web site, despite them having no idea when materials will arrive to make them, a date when they will be built, or a dispatch date. The web site says: “We are unable to provide exact ETA's due to high demand but will deliver at the earliest convenience. Please avoid calling until the advised delivery timescales has passed, as we'll be unable to provide any further information.” I understand there are delays but now I realise what this means. Don’t call us as we have no idea when your not very precious order will be dispatched and we are not altogether that bothered now we have taken your money and we won’t have much information well after the 7-15 days. In fairness to the lady on the end of the phone that did her best after an ear bending (thanks for your efforts) but this was a company thing that was doomed to fail from the moment I foolishly parted with my £270. This is about customer service and how companies value that custom. Very poor.

Ordered a skip to be delivered, got a call at school run time so lots of cars around saying they couldn't get down our road, but would try again in 20 minutes when school run is over so they can hopefully get down. The driver lied to me and had no intention of coming back according the the lady who rang me to organise a redelivery or a refund will not use again

The Mick George Community Fund supported us with £10,000 grant to help create an Activity & Sensory Garden for the dogs in our care. Our aim was to create a safe space where our team and volunteers could work one-to-one with some of our more stressed dogs and to offer more all-important off lead exercise in a safe, securely fenced area. We wanted to create a multipurpose area perfect for the senses, enrichment, agility and woodland exploring. The area includes a wonderful landscaped garden area with shrubs and plants as well as picnic tables. The facility is open to the general public on selected days a week, so local dog owners can also benefit from this excellent space.

Delivery times not adhered to. Been rudely woken up for a collection of a skip at 6:45 in the morning. The man banging on my front door for a good 15 minutes prior. It's also over priced

Warning Zone

The Mick George Community Fund very generously donated £50,000.00 towards our new Water Zone at Warning Zone Life Skills Centre, Leicester. Without these funds we would not have been able to undertake this much needed project. Over 11,000 children and young people will visit this new safety zone over the next twelve months.
