From that moment on we were kept in touch with details of the problems and costs involved in the repairs the next day. Once agreed the work was completed within one working day at which point it was returned in tip top condition. Along with the courtesy car provided the level of service and customer satisfaction was second to none. Let me start off by saying I can’t possibly fit all the good things I have to say about Mick in just one review. Collected my car on a weekend after a Ford dealer failed me, and with very little information from the previous person to look at it, quickly stripped down and found the issues with my engine. Mick rebuilt the engine, and replaced what was needed to get the engine back up and running perfectly, and what I have no doubt will be reliably for years to come. I got the car back in perfect condition, and the engine runs and sounds better than it ever has, even from new. Car was even washed and cleaned, fully checked, and the repairs guaranteed – all for a fraction of the cost of what the main dealer was asking to swap out an engine that evidently was repairable. It's a breath of fresh air to find a mechanic who actually knows about what they’re working on, who is willing to repair what’s there rather than unnecessarily replacing the entire engine, and someone who clearly has great pride in their work. Mick is what all other mechanics should aspire to be like, and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you again, chuffed with the work that was done. - Mike

We contacted Mick on a Saturday morning when we had a serious issues with our brakes whilst a very long way from home. He really saved our bacon sourcing parts for our car and fitting us in to his day last minute and even providing us with a courtesy vehicle so we could continue with our day. A really super top bloke that put himself out to help us in our hour of need and very reasonably priced can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Mick

Had a fuel problem, all main garages were to buzzy to even look at it, phoned Mick, they collected it on a sunday, gave me a diagnosis on tuesday, it was then repaired, servived and MOT and returned a week later. very happy with the service and will be my go to for the forceable futcher.

Great service! Mick picked my car up within an hour of me calling having hit the curb, bending my wishbone and making my car un-drivable. Mick managed to fit me in quickly, and provided me with a courtesy car until my car was ready for collection. My car was finished within days of it being picked up, Mick rang and was very upfront about all the work he had carried out. Expecting a large bill I was chuffed at how much I was charged! Mick provides an honest and professional service at great value, I will definitely be using in the future.
