New equipment just in – Diesel Injector Test Bench

As part of our ongoing commitment to invest in the latest equipment available, Midland Diesel Solutions have just taken delivery of our new Deteq DIT31 Test Bench for Diesel Injectors.

This machine will enable us to test both Electro-magnetic and Piezoelectric Common Rail Diesel Injectors in ‘off engine conditions’ including Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens injectors.

A constant pressure during the test ensures a very precise measurement with manual control of pressure and start of atomisation.

The system provides automatic measurement of back leakage, reaction time, injection time and flow after which a printable test report is compared against the original test data.

The additional TC38 triggering unit provides an accurate measurement of time reaction and injection time, essential to identify MIL warning light codes in piezoelectric injectors.
