We contacted Mike for a wheel change and to test the vehicle. After being unable to find our wheel locking nut, he was kind enough to keep the vehicle overnight at the garage until we could organise an alternative plan. Mike went out of his way (while keeping us informed) to find a solution using one of his contacts and the car was fixed to a high standard by early morning. This was far earlier than we expected and we are grateful to him for saving us a day of our holiday!

Whilst on holiday in Ambleside our engine light came on coming down Kirkstone Pass and the vehicle went into Limp mode. Managed to get back to our holiday home and immediately rang Mike. He booked us in for the following afternoon. He diagnosed the fault, ordered the part and we collected the vehicle the following day at 10.00am., Mike is very friendly, helpful and professional. We were so pleased he sorted the car for us and saved the rest of our holiday. Massive thanks Rob and Trese Gloucestershire

Touring through the Lakes, my car had a issue which really needed sorting. Mike was BRILLIANT in helping me out, even though he was busy he did what was needed for me to get back on the road. I definitely recommend Mike’s Garage, certainly if I lived in the area but also I know I now have a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful mechanic when I visit in the future. Excellent service!

In an emergency we called Mike’s garage and asked him to replace 2 tyres, check the wheel rim and realign the wheels. He saw us within the hour and we were on our way by the end of play. Great work, good price and very accommodating, we were very impressed. Would highly recommend.
