Ordered my new tyres online and fitting date and time. Called them in the morning of the fitting appointment to check exactly when they wanted me to come. They gave me a time so that’s when I went. Greeted at the reception by the boss who booked me in after giving my name and booking reference. The fitting took no time at all, I had to pop down to the post office so didn’t have to wait long when I got back. Paid and left. Lovely new tyres and a safe car again! This was a while ago but I forgot to post it . Have been back on numerous occasions since and the guys are still great and just as helpful. Thanks Mildenhall Tyre & Auto Centre.

Expeditious service! Had a flat tyre on Thursday, booked an appointment online on Saturday, had the tyre fitted well under a half hour on Monday. Will come back here for all my tyre needs!

I’m sad to say I’m very disappointed with this place. We have taken our car for oil changes and repairs. The last time we went here (a month or 2 ago) we came to repair our leaking power steering reservoir. It costed roughly £200. Well just this past week, we started noticing the same issue happening. We called the shop back to get it looked at, and he said come back, but we need the invoice. (We usually hold receipts, but this time we couldn’t find it). I asked if he could just look us up in the system and he said “no, we don’t do that. We don’t carry invoices”... I’m not quite sure what kind of business doesn’t carry invoices...how would you do taxes??? I know they can look us up by registration number. I was so thrown off by his comment. I felt our business-customer relationship meant nothing. So, we decided to go somewhere else. Which is when we were informed that the business who originally tried to fix it (this shop), didn’t even secure any of the tubes connected to the reservoir at all and the ATF was just flowing everywhere. So much for that £200 spent. I will happily pay any shop any amount that will do honest work, this just happens to not be the place.

Good service, no frills, and they finished the job in half of the estimated time. Also, for American military customers, you should know that their rates are better than the auto shop on base (I purchased two new tires, and even with the exchange rate, it came out to about $20 less than the quoted rate of the auto shop).
