Previously when I visited this shop, I was always really impressed by such friendly staff and good customer service. However, I visited it today and found both members of staff unfriendly and unhelpful to the point of apathy. I asked where several products were as I was buying to send to Ukraine for the humanitarian effort. I was just told where approximately in the shop they were, or they pointed to where I could expect to find them. I was made to feel like a nuisance by both members of staff, and I will think twice about going back as I found it a most uncomfortable experience. It's a great shame.

Every town needs a shop like this! Priced cheaply, for tools, toys and Tupperware. This is the kind of shop that is worth going to for bits and bobs and the staff are really helpful and lovely; it's worth giving them a call before going if there is something specific you need. Only issue is it can be a little crowded as the aisles are quite small, but that is a small complaint really. Can save you a lot of money compared to other shops. Good for cheap toys for kids. Not necessarily the highest quality goods, but the shop says it in its title.

Such jolly & friendly staff. It's one of those places that when someone says "I've been trying to buy so n so & I've looked everywhere. Miles Of Value is an Aladdin's Cave, you'll find all sorts & reasonably priced
