I recently purchased a spare part for a polishing machine from this company and upon receipt of it quickly realized that the part had been updated and was no longer a straightforward like for like replacement. I contacted them and immediately received a reply that they would look into the issue, being unable to get a satisfactory response from the manufacturer of the machine they (at there expense) sent a courier to collect it from me then installed the new part at there workshop and returned it to me within a week. It now works perfectly again and I cannot thank them enough, amazing service and communication throughout, thank you Miles tool & machinery for your outstanding service !

Had a problem with a part I ordered. Not their fault. Error with Metabo Parts List. Customer service were brilliant. Return wrong part, and we will sort it out. Polite, helpful, with that personal touch. They did care about my problem. If only all customer services were as good.
