Cannot praise this garage enough. Ray came to my rescue after the main dealer gave me such poor service for a car which had been fully dealer maintained from brand new. The timing chain had snapped, not an easy job, Ray kept me updated on the progress, discussed all options available to me & I am delighted to have my mini back on the road. I will be returning for all my servicing and MOT's & I will not be stepping foot back in the main dealer again!

Friendly and knowledgeable garage. Reasonable prices for the service and sorting out a few issues on the car. If you want to escape the high prices and long waits at Mini main dealers this is ideal.

Not recommending this place to anyone! Was asking for one part they said it will take few days to get it ready , came after a week been told “ I am busy with other cars it might be a week or whatever” AVOID them, waste of time, rude.

Not worth your money. Lazy and unprofessional and they don't even bother doing all the work they agreed to. Go to a garage with decent people who care about their customers and business instead.

Ray is a legend, needed some advice about my undertray to know whether I was looking at work being done, as my local garage wouldn't even touch it and Mini were quoting ££££ Ray gave his advice and even parted a few more bits and it didn't cost a penny....though he will DEFINITELY be getting my business from now on!
