Katy Scott5 StarThe long and the short of this review is to let you know that if you look for gems, Glen is a huge diamond! As a carer I rely very heavily on my car, so when I broke down 26 miles from Reading(home) I had to get looking for someone to help me with this problem. 26 hours turn around time, Glen and his partner Angie delivered my car back to me. Booked them to come and fit a power steering high-pressure hose today, waited until midday and then called Glen to see what time he would be coming said he would be with me around 2.30 pm. Did not turn up or contact me to inform me he could not make it or do the job. Unprofessional and was a waste of time and effort.Monday 22nd November 2021
