I spoke to Michael over the phone, who was very nice to speak with. When I arrived, he gave me plenty of time to check the car out and go for a test drive.

Daryl Bland4 StarMichael has been extremely helpful and I would say you can have confidence in buying a car from him.
I bought a very nice Mercedes E-Class convertible of which I am very pleased with.
Unfortunately, the car developed a fault a few days after I bought it but Michael didn’t hesitate to get the problem fixed. There was no indication of the problem when purchased and I had driven it for over 250 miles before the dreaded Engine Fault light showed it's ugly face!
All in all I’m really happy and the car appears to be fine now with no further issues to date.
If I had any complaints, it’s that when I collected the car there was absolutely no fuel in it (showing red on the reserve!) and for paying nearly £15K for the car at least half a tank of fuel should have been available. And also, having had to take the car back 130 miles from down South to have it fixed, of which there was over half a tank of fuel, again it was returned to me with less than 30 miles of fuel remaining.
Not a serious complaint by any means, but this made the difference in my choice of 4 stars instead of 5.
I would however, without doubt, most certainly buy another car from him in the future.

Not disappointed on arrival. Given all the time I needed to look over the car and test drive. No pressure just good knowledge of what the car had to offer from Monarch. Paperwork all in order and away in under an hour. Beautiful car handled with care an efficiency.
