Roger is the most professional and honest person. He supported me with an old and defunct alarm for my fathers home and on the first visit he fixed the initial problem and rather than encourage me to do upgrades and spend more money he recommended I wait until it was actually needed. When he did come back he was prompt, compassionate of the situation and tenacious fixing an alarm box that was out of reach after an extension was built. I would unreservedly recommend Roger for his experience, integrity and professionalism for anyone looking for any alarm services.
