We felt totally reassured at the first meeting regarding what was required for the job. Despite being told that the current work load might mean the job could not be done immediately we were contacted within three days and the seat pad was ready for collection. Amazing! However in the lastst 5 monthsthe fabric has developed large, white patches not due to sunlight or spillage. Despite repeated phone calls, requesting a visit with a, solution our calls have been ignored. Fobbed off, with numerous, excuses, still awaiting a visit from the company. The after sales service is non existent and would not recommend Monks
