Tracey Tolchard5 StarThe salon has a lovely feel and Charlotte and her team are friendly and welcoming every time I go there. I have also witnessed them help people who have had bad experiences with other salons - being totally professional at all time.
Have my hair done regularly by Ellie here - in fact followed her from my previous salon as wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.
She has never given me a bad cut or indeed a colour - in fact her work is so good my husband even notices!!!!!

She is amazing and professional 100% she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease when getting my hair done. When I leave that salon I feel so much more confident with the amazing work produced the staff are all lovely and nothing is ever too much bother will always recommend anyone and everyone to Morells. beth thomson1 StarTerrible cut and the attitude of the 2 girls in there was awful. Prices are way to high for what it is. £45 to have a couple inches and some layers put through! Also after finding out the young girl Ellie is an apprentice yet charging full price I was embarrassed I had paid it tbh. The blonde girl with the extensions was really rude and abrupt talking about another client once they had left the salon! Won't be returning would rather keep travelling to market Harborough to use Toni & GuyFriday 10th December 2021
