Beautiful cafe near Broadway tower, it’s cosy and neat. Lovely place to visit after a long walk and enjoy your food viewing the nature. There is cute gift shop in the café. Staff are friendly!

I didn’t actually dine in this cafe however there was a gift shop in it. I bought a few souvenirs. Lady at the cashier was very courteous and welcoming. Thank you!

Really poor management. 5 members of staff, the espresso bar was only partially full, and we’re told it’s a 40 minute wait for a take away coffee. No staff made any drinks in the time we waited to be served, in fact the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything productive at all. It was clear they were actively turning away customers, what a great position to be in in the current climate, let’s hope that doesn’t backfire further down the line. We won’t return.

We love your coffee but lately its not been up to your usual high standard. We have had a coffee half empty or not infused properly. Definitely no leafy pattern on top. Please get back to your lovely coffees ☕

Staff at the cafe were rude as we stood at the till one member straight away without even acknowledging us, walked away. Then finally when we placed an order to go for a poxy little cheese scone for £4.50 (rip off), the girl at the till told us to wait outside in the cold for our order!! FYI the cafe only had two customers seated and couple browsing the shop. We waited so long outside in the cold with our two children . Until I gave up and went in to ask what happened to the scone which I received straight away, probably sat there waiting to be handed out. Also lacking vegetarian options. Having said that the ladies that work in the gift shop were very pleasant and polite.
